We were devastated to have to cancel our Winter performance last year, owing to water supply issues at our venue. So this coming winter we bring you a programme with an extra special dash of seasonality. Taken from his new opera, the Crocodile of Kang Pow, and arranged especially for the Brent Symphony Orchestra, Darren Berry’s Le Dauphin Vert opens our performance. Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker suite and Arnold’s The Holly and the Ivy march us to Prokoviev’s Lieutenant Kijé to close a programme steeped in yuletide tradition.
