St James is a vibrant, culturally diverse, parish at the heart of life in Paddington.
We are a church which teaches and proclaims the fullness of Catholic faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Our principle act of worship is the 1030 Parish Mass, celebrated with full ceremonial, choir, organ, solemnity and beauty, warmth and welcome.
Every fortnight there is a Family Mass at 1215.
And every Sunday, we end our Sabbath observance with Evensong and Benediction.

Next Sunday is the Fourth Sunday of Lent and Mothering Sunday. Join us as we continue in our pilgrimage with Christ at our High Mass at 10.30am. On this day, we mark our celebration of the Mass with rose vestments.

Each Wednesday at 6pm we offer the traditional "Way of the Cross" devotion, offering a chance of quiet prayer as we journey through the season of Lent. All are most welcome.
