The Easter Vigil in the Holy Night marks the dramatic beginning of our Paschal festivities. Please join us with your family and friends as we move from darkness into light in this unique and moving celebration of the Christian Year.

St James is a vibrant, culturally diverse, parish at the heart of life in Paddington.
We are a church which teaches and proclaims the fullness of Catholic faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Our principle act of worship is the 1030 Parish Mass, celebrated with full ceremonial, choir, organ, solemnity and beauty, warmth and welcome.
Every fortnight there is a Family Mass at 1215.
And every Sunday, we end our Sabbath observance with Evensong and Benediction.

At 10.30am we rejoice in our Easter Faith with our High Mass of the Resurrection, followed by an Easter Egg hunt for children. Do join us on this triumphal day.

Join us as we celebrate our Patronal Feast of Saints Philip & James with Solemn Evensong & Benediction. The preacher and officiant of Benediction is the Rt Revd Paul Thomas SSC, Bishop of Oswestry. A drinks reception follows.
