Driving:
St. Mary's is just off the East Lancashire Road (A580) - B5232 Newearth Road turnoff, then left at the mini roundabout. Pass the Co-op on your right, St. Mary's is straight ahead on the next mini roundabout.
Parking is round the back of the church, on Ellenbrook Road.
St. Andrew's school - M28 1ZT - has its own car park. The entrance is next left directly AFTER the Village Hall on Vicars Hall Lane.
Buses:
Busway buses V1, V2 and V4 run near the church, as do services 29 and 553.
Several bus routes run close to St. Andrew’s school: check the Bee Network (https://tfgm.com/public-transport/network-maps-region) for further details.
Cycling and walking:
Ellenbrook Road is a no-through-road at this point, and links directly to the cycle lane on the north side of the A580 East Lancashire Road. The Loopline links to the Busway and leads to Leigh and Monton. It forms part of National Cycle Network Route 55 and also links to routes to Walkden and the Bridgewater Canal. These routes also have pedestrian access.
Access to St. Andrew’s school is via the ordinary road network.
