Church of England Diocese of Manchester St. Matthew with St. Mary Crumpsall

St Matthew with St Mary Crumpsall

The parish of St Matthew with St Mary Crumpsall is a friendly Church of England (Anglican) church in Crumpsall, North Manchester.  We welcome all who come. We are inclusive and reflect the diversity of our community.  We serve our area in Christ's name.

The parish of St Matthew with St Mary Crumpsall is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

Said Holy Communion

Whilst we are desperate to be gathered as a family again, we do want to care for everyone and so we are not expecting anyone in the higher risk categories (those classed as extremely vulnerable) to be returning to church just yet. Of course, it is also important that anyone who suspects they may have symptoms not attend either. For the reasons above, The Mission Unit online service will continue to be broadcast from 10.45 each Sunday. See Facebook live link
