We are delighted to announce the Bishop of Manchester in consultation with the parish representatives has offered the post of incumbent at St Hilda Audenshaw and St Stephen Audenshaw to Rev Amy-Elizabeth Sheridan, curate of St John Hey. Please pray for Amy-Elizabeth and her family as she prepares for this next chapter in her ministry.
Tameside Community Voices are giving a Jubilee Concert at St. Stephen’s on Saturday 2nd July at 7.00pm in aid of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. Tickets £6 including refreshments (children free). There will also be a chance to ‘name the Corgi’.The Choir have been entertaining Tameside since 2011 and, under the Musical Directorship of Joyce Hansell, have raised thousands of pounds for various charities.We hope you can join us for what will be a very enjoyable evening, with a bit of flag waving at the end when everybody will be asked to join in with the singing.
