In 2016 the two Westleigh parishes of St Peter and St Paul entered into mission partnership with the parish of St Mary the Virgin in Leigh town centre. The three parishes work closely together in mission to develop a thriving Christian presence in the town of Leigh.

During the current stage of the Covid-19 pandemic services are slightly different than usual. We hold our main Sunday Service at 9.30AM each Sunday morning. A risk assessment ensures that this follows Covid secure guidelines.

The parish of Westleigh: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO.
