About Us

We are a very friendly church in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England. ABC resolutions passed. We have a small choir and are always happy to see new people whether you are just passing through or are a resident in the locality. Many people come from many miles around to enjoy our traditional ceremonial and music, and our welcoming community. We are two minutes walk from Heaton Park Metro Station or the 135 bus stop. There is ample parking and we are 5 minutes from the M60.

Our church hall, the Croft, is now well established and is used regularly for musical events and social functions and also for community events.

The Parish Priest is Father Simon Sayer CMP who's contact details are on the Who's Who page. He was Licensed by the Bishop of Beverley as Parish Priest  on the Feast of St George, 23rd April 2026
