Prayer & Worship During Coronavirus Outbreak

We're still here...

During this time of social-distancing - we're learning how to be church in a new way.

Many of you will already have seen in the news that places of worship have been asked not to hold public worship during this time of social distancing. This means that there will be no public worship, meetings, groups or clubs running at St Mary’s Church Fawdon until we are told it is safe to do so.

Please know that while there is no public worship, we are still praying: praying for you; for our country and our community of Fawdon; for all who carry responsibility for decision making; for our health service and all who work in other essential services keeping the wheels turning; and of course for all who are afraid of what this time will mean for them and their loved ones.

Please visit our website: to explore  our latest news, prayer resources, giving information and ways to help the community at this time.

May you know God very close at this time.

With every blessing,
