On Saturday 19th July, a group of Franciscans set off from Alnmouth Friary on a Pilgrimage for Peace. After spending the night in Amble at the homes of some of our parishioners, they met for Morning Prayers and a light breakfast at St Cuthbert's Church. They then set off on the next stage of the journey ending in Durham on Thursday 23rd July.
