Our Safeguarding statement-

"The parish of Ashington: Holy Sepulchre is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Newcastle’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

This is a short service of prayers and readings using the Church of England weekly prayer book. The service offers us an opportunity to thank God for the past day, to be quiet and reflect a little on all that's past.
Face masks must be worn throughout, however can be removed if reading or leading worship.
All attendees are asked to record their visit through a login procedure or via the Test and Trace App using the QR code provided.
Please note that on Thursday this service moves and is held on rotation at different churches in Ashington and Newbiggin. Please contact Fr Chris for further details.
