A Christening (also called a Baptism) is the service where your child begins their journey of faith and joins the family of the Church. It is a wonderful, joyful celebration.
Here at Seaton Hirst, we normally hold our Christening services after the main Sunday Mass, at either 11.30 or 12.30.
On the first Sunday of each month, the Christenings take place at St Andrew's.
On the second, third and fourth Sundays, they take place at St John's.
