About Us

The earliest reference to King's Sutton is in the story of St Rumbold, who was born here in 662. The building has Norman elements and was comnpleted in the 14th Century. Its finest feature is the tower and spire, rising to 198 feet. It is one of the finest spires in the country.

The Church has been in the Anglo-Catholic tradition since the late 19th Century. The PCC has requested alternative Episcopal oversight, and the parish is in the care of the Bishop of Richborough. All are welcome whatever their views on these matters.

There are varieties of services, but most are formal, traditional in style with excellent music.
