Opening

The Church is normally open during the hours of daylight. The staff of All Saints' Bistro can often assist with access, if members of the church staff aren't available. Free guidebooks are available at the back of the church.

Getting here

Situated in at the heart of Northampton, the Church is part of the Parish of All Saints with St Katharine and St Peter in the Church of England; it is also Northampton's Civic Church. The classical building sits on the site of a great Norman Church, and All Saints ministers to the needs of a busy town of some 220,000 inhabitants. As well as offering prayer, space and sanctuary to all who come through its doors, it is also home to an active, growing worshipping community, to which a warm welcome is assured. As much as strangers and pilgrims, we meet as friends and family around God's table.

The church is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm 365 days a year and welcomes all visitors, whether they come to see our beautiful church, join one of our services or to listen to our renowned choirs at one of their weekly Choral Services.

On Sundays we celebrate the Eucharist (sometimes known as The Holy Communion, or the Mass) at 8:00am and 10:30am. The former is a Book of Common Prayer said Service, and the later a traditional form of Common Worship with Prayer Book language and Readings. The Eucharist is also part of our daily worship, at 12:30pm on Weekdays. On Wednesday and Thursday the Choirs sing Prayer Book Choral Evensong, concluding with an Anthem.

Regular Sunday and daily services supplement the annual celebrations and commemorations of the historic settlement of Northampton, to which all visitors are welcome. Our building is fully wheelchair accessible and we have a recently refurbished suite of lavatories at the north end of the Narthex.
