Most weeks we have a said Holy Communion service, with the occasional service of the word led by one of our Lay Ministers.

On the first Sunday of every month we have Bubble Church in the Community Centre. This service is geared towards families with children up to the age of 7. Join us at 10am for an action packed, puppet filled, croissant fuelled adventure!
A quiet reflective service of Holy Communion centred on the events of Holy Week.
A powerful service for Maundy Thursday, centred around the events of Maundy Thursday. This reflective service includes readings from the gospels depicting Jesus' last evening with his disciples, and is a deeply moving service, with a strong visual experience as we watch all the light gradually being extinguished until we're left with a stripped altar and a time of silence, ahead of Good Friday.
A reflective service for all the churches in Desborough, as we reflect on the events of Good Friday. This service will be held at Desborough Baptist Church, and will be followed by a Walk of Witness through the town, ending with refreshments at St Giles Community Centre. Those with limited mobility are advised to come straight on to the Community Centre after the service, where the walkers will join you.
Join us for as much or as little of the 3 hours as you like. There will be a short reflection every half an hour, each one focussing on one of the key characters depicted in the events of Good Friday. In between the reflections we will sit and pray in silence.
An outdoor event for all ages - we will begin by building a tomb and an Easter Garden together, and then gather around the fire for stories that paint a picture of the events of that first Holy Week and Easter. There will be reflective prayer stations in the church building to engage with alongside the outdoor event.
We're having a day of prayer and fasting (for as much or as little of the day as you choose) on Holy Saturday. The church building will be open for those who wish to come and take the opportunity to pray in silence with others - as we wait together in the silence of Holy Saturday. We are also inviting anyone to bring a donation of non perishable food items for our Foodbank, or to make a financial contribution which we will then send on to support those living in poverty.
Join us for a beautiful outdoor service held in the churchyard, suitable for all ages, as we welcome the new day and the joy of Easter Sunday! This short service will be followed by a breakfast feast in the Community Centre as we break our fast after Holy Saturday!
A short service of Holy Communion welcoming in Easter Sunday
We'll be joined by our Bubble Church congregation for this short but joyous all age celebration on Easter Sunday. Communion will be informal and participative. Come prepared for a service full of joy and enthusiasm as we celebrate the miracle of Jesus' coming alive!
