Church of England Diocese of Peterborough Kettering

St Michael & All Angels

Welcome!  St Michael and All Angels is a vibrant local community church in Kettering.

Our Sunday 9 am service will start again from 20 September.  Sadly places will be limited: we will provide more information about how to reserve a seat beforehand.  In the meantime there will be a weekly eucharist at 9.30 am on Thursday mornings.

Every day our parish has an online service of Morning Prayer. Our parish soup kitchen still provides food for those in need every Thursday afternoon. We stay in touch by phone with all those in the parish we know are unable to leave their homes and get weekly information to all those without internet access. Do contact our administrator Carol Walters ([email protected]) if you'd like to receive our weekly email newsletter. Other information is available at our website ( or Facebook page (</span>

Our parish is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Peterborough’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

You are most welcome to join us for our Sunday morning service live streamed service, which we are sharing with St Peter & St Paul and with All Saints, Kettering. You can watch the service live on Facebook ( or join us online using Zoom (details from our administrator, [email protected]). Everyone is invited to take part in the prayers and include the names of those they know in need. The service is a slightly shorter version of the Common Worship Eucharist we would have in more normal times. The second Sunday in each month is an all-age service.
