This Christmas Future Folk returns to the beautiful Portsmouth Cathedral with our carefully curated Christmas show. After a sell out last year we're excited to return with another incredible line up.

Janet Ayers will open the night once again leading the Southsea Community Choir through a Christmas filled set.

They will be joined by Rob Johnston a mesmirisingly good Folk Guitarist and songwriter. Portsmouths very own Jerry Williams with a special acoustic set. Headlining is Dorsets Fieldlily - a duo with songwriting and harmonies so perfect they will melt in your ears!

Following two sell-out performances in 2024, Portsmouth Cathedral is delighted to welcome back the Solent Symphony Orchestra for this very special festive event. The orchestra will perform the much-loved score live, while the Cathedral's own choristers add the beauty of their voices, creating truly magical sound. In Chapter 8 of the Book of Revelation, we are reminded that after a moment of great drama and revelation, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
