The Cathedral is open from Morning Prayer at 7:40am (Monday-Friday) and 9:00am (Saturday); for visiting Monday to Friday 9:00am–6.30pm ; Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm. On Sundays we are open for 8:00am Holy Communion and until the end of Choral Evensong at 6.45pm. Please see our website for changes to these times.

Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to help little ones ask big questions? Look no further than #PompeyTots, a weekly service at Portsmouth Cathedral specifically designed for babies and pre-schoolers and their adults.
Join us with your little ones for a fun and engaging service, great for toddlers and their carers. Starting with a short, informal service in the Cathedral’s St Thomas’s Chapel, followed by playtime and refreshments in the Becket Hall.

Our Epiphany celebrations continue in this Epiphany Carol service with music sung by the Cathedral Choir and readings reflecting on the worship and the gifts offered by the Magi to Jesus, and how God's love in Christ is made known to all the world.

The conclusion of our seasonal Carol Services, spanning Advent, Christmas, Epiphany and Candlemas. We recall how Mary and Joseph brought the infant Jesus to present him in the Temple, six weeks after his birth, and how he is recognised as the Light of the World. Singers from around the Diocese will sing alongside the Cathedral Choir.

A celebration of the feast of the Presentation of Christ in the Temple, closing our Christmas and Epiphany worship, helping us to turn towards Lent & Easter. This service will be attended by Anna Chaplains and Anna Friends from around the Diocese.
