Services across the Benefice
There will be Stations of the Cross set up in St Mary’s church Brading for the two weeks before Easter.
Each station is an invitation for a personal encounter with Jesus, as you journey with him to the cross.
This is your encounter so do it your way. The church is open during the day.

Wednesday 16th April
10am Morning Worship, St Mary’s

Thursday 17th April Maundy Thursday
6pm Sung Eucharist with stripping of the altar, St Mary’s
6pm Service with Stripping of the altar, followed by Passion Play, St Peter’s
6pm Sung Eucharist with stripping of the altar, St Helen’s
The altars will also be stripped in St Catherine’s and St John’s
without accompanying services

Friday 18th April, Good Friday
2pm -3.30pm Contemplative Prayer, St Helen’s
2.30pm The Last Hour at the Cross, St Mary’s
2.30pm An Hour at the Foot of the Cross, St John’s

Saturday 19th April, Easter Saturday
3pm Easter Egg Hunt, with Story and Easter Garden, St Mary’s

8am Said Book of Common Prayer Service, St John’s
