Maundy Thursday is evening on which we remember the Last Supper and celebrate Our
Lord’s institution of Communion.

With soup and a roll. Watching a film about pilgrimage (licensing laws mean we cant say the name - call or email for details: 07494077194 [email protected]) age 12+. Entry £2 per person.

St Mary's Church will be open every day for individual private prayer.

A quiet space to remember the sacrifice of Jesus and draw closer to God with traditional Good Friday devotions.

Join us for a service of Holy Communion

Join us at 10:00am on Easter Sunday at St. Mary’s for a joyful Communion service celebrating the resurrection of Christ, bringing our church family together in one service as this replaces the usual 9:15am Communion and 10:45am Church Alive gatherings, and the morning worship at St. Francis.

Refreshments available from 10.20am - help yourself to tea/freshly brewed coffee and take it to your pew. Church Alive is a relaxed informal all-age family worship service with breakaway groups for children's activities (sometimes grown-up ones too!). We sing modern worship songs and the occasional Hymn - with our worship band and community choir. Once a month we have brunch before in the parish centre and celebrate Communion later in the service.

An opportunity for quiet prayer and Holy Communion.
Term time only - not on in school holidays.

A quiet time of stillness in the Chapel. Jesus was a man of prayer and received much comfort, encouragement, and direction from his Father. Each day we try to follow Jesus and so we offer you a special time to do the same as he did.
