This is Gosport’s community fair, featuring a day of fun and attractions. There will be numerous charity stalls lining the village, along with a host of interesting attractions on the village green.

Throughout the day there will be live displays, culminating with a march through the village by the HMS Sultan Volunteer Band.
The event is organised by Gosport Rotary Club with monies raised going to good causes, including the Mayor of Gosport’s charities. Many of the charity stall-holders will also benefit their own causes on the day.

Find the Kid’s Messy 10 Penny Fun Fete in St. Mary’s churchyard through the afternoon, and refreshments served inside. There will be a popular music concert with “Paul Pilott and Friends” at 7pm following the fair. All are welcome.

Please come along and offer all the support you can give on such a worthwhile occasion when a community comes together.

Welcome to Alverstoke Parish Church with its centres of worship at St.Mary's, St.Faith's and St.Francis' plus our two community centres and a sailing club! 

We aim to share God's love in the community as we seek to be alive to God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Overlooking the Solent, Alverstoke Parish worships in three different buildings: St.Mary's Alverstoke, St.Faith's, Leesland (including Leesland Neighbourhood Church) and St.Francis, Clayhall. Worship is also hosted in St.Luke's private chapel once a month on the former RN Hospital Haslar site.

The Parish Centre and the Brodrick Hall host a full programme of community events and church activities.
