About Us

Welcome to Capel United Church, a church with roots in both the Church of England and the United Reformed Church. We are people from many different backgrounds aiming to serve the civil parish of Capel. We use All Saints’ Church for around half our Sunday services, often those with an Anglican flavour, but the building is also world famous for its Chagall windows and is open during the week for visitors and pilgrims.

Regular Sunday services are held at either Five Oak Green Church or All Saints' Church Tudeley, and occasionally at St Thomas a Becket Church, Capel which is under the management of The Churches Conservation Trust.

For details of future services, please either: view the Services and Events page; check our website: www.tudeley.org; or get in touch with us via phone or email.

We look forward to welcoming you to our services.

For visitors to the church and the Chagall Windows:
The medieval parish church of All Saints', Tudeley was substantially rebuilt in the late 18th century. It is now renowned for its outstanding stained glass windows by the twentieth-century artist Marc Chagall.
The church is open to visitors daily 9:30am to 4 pm in winter (GMT) & 6pm in summer (BST).
Please note there are no toilet facilities in the church for daily visitors.
