Join us on Saturday, 22nd March, for a fascinating talk on Scissor Makers, Bookmakers, and Home-makers: Networking in a Victorian and Edwardian Suburb (1880-1919).
Using historical maps, census data, and newspaper reports, our research team has uncovered the lives of the diverse people of Late Victorian Ranmoor. Sue Roe and Mary Grover from the Scissors Paper Stone project will share their findings, alongside Val Hewson and Jenny Stephenson.
