Holy Communion is celebrated by the whole people of God gathered for worship. In addition to our weekly Parish Eucharist, we also celebrate Holy Communion in the evening once-each-month (normally the second Sunday, but sometimes adjusted to marl particular festivals).

St Mary's is accustomed to celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. We look forward to resuming this when possible. In the interim, Sunday sermons, readings and prayers of intercession are published on the parish website (including text and audio recordings). There you will also find other information about how to join together while public worship is suspended.
[The Eucharist is at the heart of Christian worship. It is celebrated by Christians around the world as a memorial of the death and resurrection of Jesus, in response to his words at the final meal he shared with his disciples, ‘Do this in remembrance of me.’]

Holy Communion is celebrated by the whole people of God gathered for worship. In addition to our weekly Parish Eucharist (Sunday mornings), we hold a short midweek Holy Communion on Wednesday mornings. (Occasionally, Morning Prayer may replace this Holy Communion.)
For as long as we are unable to meet together in person, our Lay Readers are hosting a virtual coffee hour using Google Meet.
Make yourself a drink and then use a telephone to join the conversations (via a London number), or enter the virtual space using a computer, smartphone or tablet (free, apart from whatever your normally pay for your internet access).
Please contact Vicky (one of our churchwardens) or our PCC Secretary to find out how to join in. Contact details are on the parish website.
