Morning Prayer is normally said on Mnday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 9am. Evening Prayer is normally said on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.Other services take place as advertised. A particularly large number of baptisms, weddings and funerals take place in Church, signifying the sense of attachment to the Church which many local people feel.
Church members are involved in schools and in many community groups in Dinnington promoting the links between the community and the church.
The Church building dates from about 1897 and was enlarged in 1906, although there has been a church on this site since 1147. Of particular interest are the Kempe windows in the North Aisle. A narthex was created in 1985 and is separated by the Miners' Memorial Screen which commemorates those who died at Dinnington Main Colliery prior to its closure in 1991.
