Church of England Diocese of Sheffield Greaseborough

About Us

St Mary's Church, Greasbrough warmly welcomes you!  Our vision is to be a church that has open hands, open hearts, open doors - meeting regularly for worship and also reaching out to serve the local community.  The style of worship at St Mary's is contemporary and relaxed.  Worship includes the weekly Sunday morning service at 10.30am, and occasional evening services.

On the first Sunday of each month at 10.30am, we have Messy Church - it's for all ages and includes a range of interactive activities to link in with each month's theme from the Bible.  At the other Sunday morning services during the month, we have a Communion service at 10.30am, which includes groups for children and young people.

Please check our website for details of what's up and coming at St Mary's.  There are various activities through the week - including "Craft Club" each Monday afternoon in the Church Hall at the rear of the Church, and the Sunbeams toddler group each Tuesday morning at 10am during term-time, Breakfast Bible get-togethers, home groups,

Although the parish of St Mary's serves the areas of Greasbrough, Wingfield, Rockingham and Munsbrough, St Mary's is part of a mission partnership with the other churches to the north west of Rotherham, including Kimberworth Park (St John's), Kimberworth (St Thomas), and Rawmarsh (St Mary's).

We look forward to meeting you.
