Our morning congregations join together to remember those who gave their lives in the service of their country. This service is followed by a short service at Wickersley War Memorial at 12.00noon.

A traditional Common Worship service including choral settings for communion with singing led by the robed choir.

Coffee morning and social time to raise money for our heating project. Meeting in the Church Barn on first and third Fridays of the month.

If you would like to book your child's baptism or your wedding at St. Alban's Church come along to our booking session held on 4th Saturday of each month (except December).

Part of our recital programme usually held alternate months on the 4th Saturday of the month.

Come and celebrate the beginning of the Advent Season, remembering how Jesus came to be a Light to the World, and light your orange Christingle to show how you can be a light too. Suitable for all ages.

A choir led service of music and readings drawing us into contemplation of the season of Advent and a promise of the joy of Christmas through God's gift of Jesus, the Light who came into the darkness.

A chance to donate a new toy, book or other gift to the Rotherham Christmas Toy Appeal and Families First. Join our service and bring your gift for a child or teenager who may not otherwise receive a present this Christmas or other important time in the next year. Help to bring light and hope into another child's life this Christmas time.

Choral Service from the Book of Common Prayer

A community carol singing event for people and pets to join in. Why not spend a short while getting into the Christmas spirit as you walk your dog by coming into St Alban's Church to sing well-known, and perhaps some not so well-known Christmas Carols. This event is part of our fundraising for a new heating system.

Join us for an fun afternoon of carol singing, seasonal refreshments, festive stalls and activities and a visit to see Santa.

A choir-led service of readings and music for Christmas where we can hear once again the Biblical message of the coming of Jesus in the nine lessons and in the carols and anthems sung by the choir. And we can join in the congregational singing of traditional Christmas carols. The service is followed by seasonal refreshments.

A service for children and families to share in the wonder of the birth of Jesus and take part in a nativity tableau as we tell of the events that happened around Bethlehem at that special time. Come and sing some well-loved carols and watch the children help us tell the story before you tuck them up in bed on Christmas Eve.

A Holy Communion Service over midnight to welcome the birth of Jesus Christ on Christmas Day. In Communion we remember His death, but in this service we also celebrate His birth and give thanks to God for this precious gift of His Son as Saviour of the world.

A service to start Christmas Day with Jesus and His family, sharing together in worship, prayer and praise in adoration of the Word made flesh who came to dwell on earth. Come and join with us in carols, presents (bring one of your own to show to everyone) and visiting the stable where the baby Jesus is lying.

Church will be open for visitors to come and view the decorations for Christmas and have refreshments. A little respite from the busyness of Christmas Day as you go for a walk with family and friends.
