Midweek Holy Communion service back in St Lawrence Church. Booking not necessary now that COVID restrictions have been lifted nationally.
Short communion service followed by open church until 12noon. Time to catch up after the service with others and have a cuppa.
0-4's can come and play on a Thursday afternoon from 1-2:30pm. In church over winter and on the Barn Field in the summer, join us for free play, crafts, messy play, stories and singing.
£2 per adult, all children and babies free. Includes refreshments and snacks for the children

An informal service for all ages, including different styles of worship, songs led by guitar, crafts in response to a short message and plenty of coffee! Come along to find out more - everyone welcome

Lights For Christ Workshop
Lights for Christ is an initiative to help us live out our baptismal calling to be lights in the world – to live for Jesus in our everyday lives. We do this by:
Receiving Christ’s light as his friends (so that our relationship with Jesus becomes deeper)
Walking in Christ’s light as his followers (living so that we become more like Jesus)
Reflecting Christ’s light to those around us (so that others see more of Christ in us)
This workshop will be a chance for us to explore this further and to create our on personal "Rule of Life", a framework to release us to become more Christ-like

After the success of our Yard Sale Trails back in 2021 and Summer 2023, we are hosting another community fundraising day across the Hatfield, Dunscroft, Dunsville and Hatfield Woodhouse area.
Everyone in Hatfield and the local area can take part, either by hosting a stall in their front garden, yard or driveway, or by visiting the stalls on the day. Stalls will be asked to be open from 10am – 2pm on Saturday 10th August 2024
HAVE A STALL AT THE YARD SALE TRAIL
Each stall costs £8, with the booking fee going to support the work of Hatfield St Lawrence Church and keeping it open for our community (charity no. 1127942). In return we will add your stall on to our virtual map and stall list, send you an official stall poster and some flyers to post through your neighbours doors to let them know its taking place! You are free to keep the money made at your stall, to donate it back to us or to give it to another charity.
We need your help in advertising so do spread the work locally and on social media.

Visit our website to see our interactive virtual map and list of all the stalls signed up. That way you can plan your route for the day. Printed copies will also be available from St Lawrence Church on the day. You will probably need cash to pay at most stalls, so do get some ready.
