Blue Christmas Service

Amidst the festivities, the shopping, trees or tinsel, for some of us Christmas can be a difficult period. This is a gentle service for those who are hurting, lonely, carrying pain or loss. Blue Christmas invites you to be still, to receive God's comfort and hope and God's assurance that you are not alone.

Dress Up Nativity

The angel said: "Today…a Saviour has been born to you… This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

When the shepherds heard the angel's message of Jesus' birth, they decided they just had to go and see for themselves. What will you decide?!

We look forward to welcoming lots of Mary’s, Joseph’s, Angels, Shepherds, animals and more characters, to our relaxed and fun nativity.

We’d love to see you come dressed up – but that’s optional, of course. (Just come early - 4.20pm onward - if you'd like to borrow a costume, whilst stocks last!).

Christmas Day - all age celebration

A big warm welcome to celebrate Christmas Day with us - St Peter's style :)

We'll spend an hour together worshipping God for the gift of Jesus - with our bible reading (Luke 2.1-20) a quiz, illustration or challenge to help us think about it, and of course, some carol singing.

All celebrating the message of the angels: "Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favour rests.”

Suitable for any age and stage of life. We also have play bags, toys, word searches or colouring sheets available for younger visitors.
