Children's Coat Giveaway - Thursday 29th Oct, Half Term

for 2 hours, 30 mins
St Peter's
St Peter's Church Askern DONCASTER, DN6 0PH, United Kingdom

At our School Uniform Bank, we have lots of children’s coats keeping our clothing rails warm.
But they could be keeping children warm! Pls help a quality, pre-loved FREE coat find its new home and purpose.

Why? We're an Eco Church - God's given us a big heart for both people and planet. Food shopping costs more, gas and electric is at a record high. We want to help families' budgets go further, and stop perfectly good items going to landfill. Please help us tell your neighbours and friends.
(Can't make the date? Pls get in touch).

Safeguarding

St Peter's Church Askern is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO), Stella Mathers.

Our Diocese of Sheffield’s safeguarding pages contain vital information (see link below) including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact our PSO (email [email protected]), our wardens or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor.

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
