Holy Trinity is a family-friendly church with a warm welcome. Services are held most Sundays at 11:00am followed by refreshments. Every 5th Sunday the service starts at 10.30 and rotates around the three Churches of the Benefice.
We are committed to helping people grow in faith and to sharing God's love with our community. Our range of services cater for all ages, mixing traditional patterns of worship with Bible-based sermons and a lively informal atmosphere.Our new Oversight Minister, Revd Chris Herbert, was licensed to our Benefice on Sunday 14th April 2024.
All are welcome at our Open House Community Café (Thursday afternoons in church, 1:30pm-3:30pm).
On the third Sunday of the month (excluding August) we have a Messy Church service at 4pm. This is a more informal service where we can explore faith together in fun and creative ways. Everyone is welcome at Messy Church but it is particularly geared towards children and their families. After the service we share a meal together. Holy Trinity Church Thurgoland is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults.
