Venue
St George and All Saints
Address
Upper Church Street Douglas, IM1 1EE, Isle of Man

Bible Time! is where we discuss the Bible in a relaxed and enjoyable way, and every gathering is followed by cake with tea & coffee! It is one of a number of Bible study and reflection groups that we run at church.

There’s usually around ten of us.

We’re always excited to have new people join us. You definitely don’t have to already know a lot about the Bible in order to join in. Because our meetings are mostly open discussions, we all of us are learning from one another, with everyone being able to share their thoughts. We look at a wide variety of parts of the Bible.

When?

We gather each week at 7pm at St George’s, usually on a Thursday. The sessions are run by the Bishop's Missioner, the Rev Andrew Coleman.

Please note there are occasional Thursdays when the group does not meet or may move to a different location, but we always try to notify people in good time.

St George and All Saints

The Civic Church of the City of Douglas

Welcome to the Parish of St George and All Saints’, Douglas in the Diocese of Sodor and Man. Whether you are a long time resident, new to the area, visiting or searching for a spiritual home we would love to welcome you.

We aim to share the life and love of Jesus with all people. Whether you are familiar with the Christian faith or you want to find out what Christians believe and what the Bible really has to say to us today, we hope our website will help answer some of your questions. Of course, we would love to meet you face to face and whether you are looking for a church to celebrate your wedding or child’s baptism, family friendly worship or something a bit more traditional, or Biblical teaching in a world that has lost its way, we hope you will drop by and join us at one of our services.
