Our Tea & Chat group meets every Monday (except during Lent, Bank Holidays and during TT) between 2pm – 4pm. Every session is hosted by two of our friendly team who provide an endless supply of tea/coffee and cakes and biscuits. There is no agenda for these meetings they simply offer an opportunity to meet for a chat.

We have 2 outings a year, one in the summer and one at Christmas, which involve a meal or afternoon tea somewhere outside of Douglas. We are very lucky to have had the use of the Live at Home minibus to enable us to transport us.

There is no fee, although a small donation towards the cost of the tea is welcome.

We only use Fairtrade tea and coffee.

During the Lent Soup Lunches there is no Tea % Chat resumes 13th April

St George and All Saints

The Civic Church of the City of Douglas

Welcome to the Parish of St George and All Saints’, Douglas in the Diocese of Sodor and Man. Whether you are a long time resident, new to the area, visiting or searching for a spiritual home we would love to welcome you.

We aim to share the life and love of Jesus with all people. Whether you are familiar with the Christian faith or you want to find out what Christians believe and what the Bible really has to say to us today, we hope our website will help answer some of your questions. Of course, we would love to meet you face to face and whether you are looking for a church to celebrate your wedding or child’s baptism, family friendly worship or something a bit more traditional, or Biblical teaching in a world that has lost its way, we hope you will drop by and join us at one of our services.
