PARISH CHURCHES' 'OPEN HOUSE' This Saturday (24 January), at 10.30am in Misterton Parish Church, is a chance to meet the area's new Vicar, Rev Liz Mack, in an informal setting. She will talk about her life's journey to the Oswaldbeck Benefice (churches in Beckingham, Clayworth, Gringley, Misterton, Walkeringham, and West Stockwith), about this family of churches of which she is Priest in Charge, and is open to questions. Rev Liz will be followed by a presentation on the works done, and those still in the planning stage, to improve Misterton Parish Church and make it a valuable community asset. Light refreshments will be available.
