The Priory Church in Blyth dates from 1088 and is mentioned in the top 1,000 churches in England and Wales.
The church community meets within the benefice of Blyth, and Scrooby with Ranskill alternating every Sunday at 9:30am for worship. The Rotation is usually Blyth, Ranskill, then Scrooby. There is also a Family Service in Blyth on the 4th Sunday in the month at 10:30am. The congregation is growing and diverse. We are a popular wedding and christenings church.
