We usually meet between 10.30-11.30am on Friday mornings
The choir sings on second and fourth Sundays at the 10.30am service and for special occasions. We always welcome new members. If you have a passion for singing contact, please contact us and our choir master will happily contact you.

Fancy a cuppa? Come and join us in the foyer of church every Saturday mornings for refreshments and company. We serve a variety of hot beverages, cakes along with toast and tea cakes. The first Saturday of each month, we serve breakfast cobs. Check out some homemade cards and books for sale. Everyone welcome.

Today's Bible reading focuses upon the Presentation of Christ in the Temple. We will listen and reflect upon this Bible reading, sing hymns and pray together

Breakfast rolls served on the 1st Saturday of the month along with teacakes, scones, toasts, variety of coffees and tea. All reasonably priced and conversation and friendship to go with it.

We will be listening and reflecting upon God's Word, singing and praying together and sharing in Holy Communion/Spiritual Communion together. All welcome

New group started offering friendship for all including those living with dementia. It happens the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 2-4pm at St Simon and St Jude Church in Rainworth. It's okay to just turn up, you will be made most welcome. Donation towards refreshments welcome.

All welcome to a special evening Holy Communion service as we begin Lent together. During the service, we will sing, pray and listen and reflect upon a Bible reading and there will be an opportunity to receive an ash cross on your forehead, if you wish, as a sign of our humanity and mortality and our commitment to turn back to God and God's way in loving and living well together. The choir will be joining us for this service.

An opportunity for prayer for yourself, for our nations and the world; to listen and reflect upon a Bible reading and to receive anointing with the oil of healing for those who wish.

Together we will pray, listen & reflect upon God's Word and sing.

We acknowledge that Mothering Sunday opens up a range of different feelings and emotions from joy, regret, abandonment, sadness.........We hope our service will reflect something of the tapestry of different feelings on Mothering Sunday. We will hear God's Word and share in Holy Communion. There will candle lighting and small gift to give to those celebrating motherhood. All welcome.

Our services in Lent focus more and more upon Jesus' passion. We have a special lessons and carols service which journeys through the last week of Jesus' life.

Today we remember Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey to the shouts of Hosanna but the crowds cry will soon become crucify him as we move closer to Jesus' death upon the Cross. Together we will hear God's Word, receive a reflection upon God's Word, sing hymns and pray and share Holy Communion.

Today we will shout Alleluia, Christ has risen! A joyful service celebrating Jesus rising from the dead - we sing joyful hymns, listen and reflect upon God's Word, pray and share holy communion together
