Welcome to St Edmund's Holme Pierrepont! St Edmund's is a beautiful church in the countryside which has its origins in the 1200s. We are a congregation with weekly services in the beautiful tradition of Book of Common Prayer as well as more contemporary contemplative worship, like our monthly 'Sanctuary' service. St Edmund's is also regularly a venue for retreats and concerts. We are a stunning venue for weddings and work very well with Holme Pierrepont Hall next door which host wedding receptions in a 'homely' stately home setting. You are welcome to join us any time! Check our church website for 'What's On'.

We are currently piloting a new service of ‘Contemporary Compline’ every second Sunday of the month.
Refreshments are served from 6 pm, with the service starting at 6.30 pm.

All are welcome – especially those who might feel on the fringes of faith. Whether you are a young professional, are getting married in the church or are simply seeking God, this is for you. It will be a space for those looking for spiritual anchoring in a busy world.
