"The parish of Woolley: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

Though there is no legal requirement to observe pre-Freedom Day restrictions, we would still strongly recommended that all visitors wear face coverings and social distance.
Holy Communion at the moment is celebrated by receiving the Host (bread) only. whilst adhering to current Covid restrictions. At this time there is no singing permitted in church and those attending will need to wear a face covering. It is only briefly to be moved to one side to take Communion. Communion will also be only in one form - the host (the bread). Also you will be asked your name and contact details (if you are not known to us) for Track and Trace requirements.

It would be lovely to see you in church, where can now sing hymns.. This service will also be streamed on our YouTube Channel 'The Parishes of Chapelthorpe and Woolley.'
