"The parish of Woolley: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

We are pleased to say that we can now celebrate Holy Communion whilst adhering to current Covid restrictions. At this time there is no singing permitted in church and those attending will need to wear a face covering. It is only briefly to be moved to one side to take Communion. Communion will also be only in one form - the host (the bread). Also you will be asked your name and contact details (if you are not known to us) for Track and Trace requirements.

It would be lovely to see you albeit the number we can have in church is greatly reduced owing to social distancing. This service will also be live streamed the the parishes Facebook page. Please note our services alternate with St James the Great Chapelthorpe.
