All Saints

Welcome to the page of All Saint's Church South Kirkby. We are part of the Priory Benefice: one of the group of Church of England parishes serving the communities of Grimethorpe, Brierley, Ryhill, South Kirkby, Havercroft, Cold Hiendly and Wintersett.

Located on the borders of South and West Yorkshire within the diocese of Leeds we are three congregations witnessing to Jesus Christ in an area undergoing exciting regeneration and development. In the midst of change we believe in the constancy of Jesus Christ as a sure foundation and shepherd. We seek to witness to his presence in the sacramental life of the Church, and in the love and service of others. We are parishes of the Society of St Wilfrid & St Hilda; Anglican Christians worshipping in the beauty of our Catholic heritage.

"The parish of South Kirkby: All Saints is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
