St Michael Heckfield is a grand church with a long and wonderful history. The village of Heckfield is in the north east of Hampshire, on the border between Hampshire and Berkshire. For such a small settlement, Heckfield has a suprisingly large church. The church contains a pre-raphaelite stained glass window by Morris & Co using a design by Edward Burne-Jones. It also has a beautiful red carpet, and is a favourite centre for weddings and big church events.
