Our popular holiday club is back for the morning on Friday 3rd April - we will have morning of Easter themed crafts, stories, fun.

From 9.30am to 12noon on Friday 3rd April at St John's Church in Hook.

The event is free of charge but a donation of £5 per child would be appreciated, cash or card accepted on the day.

Children who are not yet at school need to bring an adult with them, school aged children can be left with us for the morning.

Please book in advance (to ensure we have sufficient helpers and crafts available!). Please ensure any children come dressed for messy fun, and bring water bottles.

A Good Friday Liturgy - this will include Holy Communion using reserved sacrament. This is a solemn service, and there is no junior church, as we anticipate that any children will be at our Holiday Club.

The Hook Churches come together for a Walk of Witness around Hook, returning to St John's for Hot Cross Buns. We meet outside St John's.

A meditative service for Good Friday. Escape the bustle of our day to day life, and spend a quiet hour in Mattingley Church, there will be readings, some music to listen to. Reflective, and will give you plenty of food for thought.

On the first Saturday each month, we usually have a cake sale, drop in have a coffee and buy cakes. We sometimes also have crafts for sale, things which the craft group make - and may include Christmas table decorations or other seasonal products.

We meet for a dawn service of Holy Communion round a fire, followed by breakfast.

A special service for Easter Sunday - there will be children's activities and an egg hunt. The service will be livestreamed, see our website for details.
