Lay led Matins are usually held on the first Sunday of the month with Holy Communion (1662) normally celebrated on the third Sunday. On the 5th Sunday we join the United Benefice service held at one of the other churches in the Benefice.

Rogation Walk

We will be marking the above in our benefice on May 31st Traditionally this involves walking the Parish boundaries and praying in various locations. Charlie is minded, instead, to walk between our six Churches - starting at St Mary's in Laverstoke, then visiting Overton, Ashe, Deane, Steventon and North Waltham Churches and finishing up at The Wheatsheaf for a well-earned drink and possibly lunch.

His very rough timings are :

Laverstoke : 09:00 | Overton : 10:30 | Ashe : 11:15 |
Deane : 11:45 | Steventon : 12:45 | North Waltham : 13:15

He would be delighted if anyone wanted to join him for the whole walk, or legs, or just meet him at the Churches for prayer & sustenance
