Tufton is a small hamlet a mile or so south of Whitchurch, on the River Test. The older brick houses are complemented by newer larger barn conversions.

The church (a grade 1 listed building) is a simple, unadorned building from the twelfth century with 13th and 18th century additions comprising nave, chancel, small bell tower and a southern brick porch.

Renovations in 2014 have brought new life to the Church bringing together an enthusiastic group of fundraisers to help fund the work.

Holy Communion Services are held at 8:45am on the first and third Sundays of the month.
