Getting here
The church was built in 1968 on a steeply sloping site in a residential area. The award-winning design incorpoates the extensive use of glass and provides a light and airy worship area at road level with a beautiful view out over a large part of the parish. A flexible seating arrangement provides for approximately 200, and the building stands in an area of garden. Disabled access is good from either the road or the car park, and there is a lift between all 3 levels of the building as well as disabled toilet facilites at each level.
The large Church Hall is located underneath the worship area and is split-level. It contains a small kitchen, and the Hall is available for hire on some weekday evenings and some Saturdays.
