St Luke

St Luke's Church, Winton is part of the Parish of Winton, Moordown and Charminster. The Parish consists of three churches, St John the Baptist (the Parish Church), St Luke's and St Alban's, Charminster. We are a welcoming, inclusive parish with a rich variety of worship and tradition in addition to lots of activities and groups gathering during the week. 

We are members of Inclusive Church ( and a link parish of Student Christian Movement and serve Fairtrade tea and coffee. 

The parish of Winton, Moordown and Charminster is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Winchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO.
