St Mary's, Michelmersh

Welcome to St Mary's, Michelmersh!  Come to sit quietly in our church and unwind.  Come to find out about the history of our ancient building. Come to wander in the peaceful churchyard and take in the beauty of the Hampshire countryside.  Come to join us in Sunday worship. A list of services for the current month is always displayed in the porch. Whatever the reason for your visit we will be pleased that you came!

If you are a walker, the  Monarch's Way long-distance footpath passes right through the churchyard. Rest for a while and take in the view from one of our churchyard benches or shelter in the porch if you need some moments out of the wind or rain. Do come inside to look around: parts of the church date to the 12th century with extensions added in the 13th century.

The church is open during daylight hours.

You may like to buy a jar of jam or marmalade in aid of church funds before you leave!
