Welcome to the All Saints, Shelsley Beauchamp page. All Saints is within the Worcestershire West Rural Team. Our vicar is Revd Canon David Sherwin and his details can be found below.
All Saints' Church is at the centre of the friendly village of Shelsley Beauchamp in the beautiful Teme Valley. The oldest part of the church is the red sandstone which dates from the late 14th century and has bell louvres in the Decorated style. The main body of the church results from a Victorian restoration of 1845-7 as part of the Gothic Revival.
The parish of The Shelsleys is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Worcester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
A notice giving the objects of proposed pastoral reorganisation affecting this parish has been displayed near the main door and on the Church of England website. The Notice includes the last date by which representations regarding the proposed reorganisation may be made to the Church Commissioners.
