The biggest and most impactful action we can take is to reduce our carbon emissions by reducing our burning and reliance on fossils fuels. Clearly there is an element of what is actually doable and practical about this. A big step along this pathway was taken by the Five Alive PCC a few years ago when a decision was taken to transfer to a different electricity supplier. Since then, all of the Five Alive churches use electricity provided by a supplier which provides 100% power generated from renewable sources.Throckmorton church doesn't even have any electricity supply! Bishampton church will be reviewing its supplier when the current contract expires.Eco-church team
