A service of the Word and Dawn proclamation of Joy, leading into Festival Holy Communion with hymns to celebrate the Feast of the Ascension, when we celebrate Jesus' ascension into heaven, lifting up the whole of the Passion and Easter and crowning it in heaven. Jesus, lifting up all the bruises and scars of human existence, and bringing it through to resurrection and to healing.

The worship will be followed by the opportunity to ascend the tower and proclaim the Risen Lord from the top over the whole community, and a cup of tea.
