The Baby and Toddler Group is a key part of our work in the local community
• All young children and their carers are welcome
• We meet weekly during the school term
• Toys and activities are available for your children to enjoy
• There are opportunities to make new friends
• Refreshments are available
• We celebrate Christian Festivals (Christmas, Easter and Harvest)
• The number of places at the Toddler Group is limited for safety and comfort reasons
• Please note: Toddler group is fully booked and there is a waiting list. Availability will be announced on the church website

From January 2024 there will be a regular, weekly, Holy Communion service at St George’s Church, Radford Avenue, Kidderminster at 10:00am every Wednesday.

We are grateful to retired clergy who live in the parish for their help and co-operation in making this happen.

St George’s Knit and Natter group meet on a Wednesday, 2-4pm. Everyone is welcome to join for tea and cake, and either to knit for charity or to do their own knitting, sewing or crochet. There is no charge and we can supply yarn and needles.

Knitted garments have been sent to a variety of organisations including jumpers, scarves blankets and shawls. Hats and mittens have also been sent to hospitals for tiny premature babies together with ‘octopuses’ which mimic the umbilical cord for neonates.

Coach trips are regularly organised to such places as Tintern Abbey, Gloucester Quays, Stratford and Evesham Country Park, Bath and Weston. These are of course open to anyone.

Please do come along on a Wednesday afternoon, everyone is most welcome!

Now also hosting an Art Table! All ages and abilities welcome, materials provided, minimum charge. No need to book, just turn up!

Fresh Fairtrade filter coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate and toasted tea cakes are available for purchase. Also, there is free squash for accompanied children. It is a great opportunity to relax, chat and make new friends.

All are welcome so please do pop in and join us!

Serving a ploughman’s lunch, with cheese, bread, chutney and salad in the summer, and jacket potatoes, with cheese, and beans, in the winter. Fresh fruit, cake, coffee and tea are also provided.

Monthly online prayer meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, except when the 1st day of the month is itself a Wednesday. When this occurs the meeting is held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. This is to avoid the weeks that homegroups meet.

Meetings are of 45 minutes in duration. Login from 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start. Please join us in prayer for the parish and the issues in the wider world
