About Us

St Chad’s is a lively and varied group of people gathered from the local Comberton and Offmore communities, and further afield. We seek to be a caring, welcoming and relevant church, aiming to learn more about Jesus and show His love to all. Services vary through the month but always start at 9:30 each Sunday, with children's activities alongside.

The building is situated in the middle of Burcher Green, Comberton, DY10 3AY. The original Church (now the Church Hall), was built in 1956, as a daughter church of St. George’s, Kidderminster. The part now the Church was built on the back of the original building in 1971. There were further side extensions in 1985, to provide extra rooms. Around the building there are two car parks and grassed areas, which belong to the church, occasionally used for United Services, celebrations and other events, as the weather permits.

The church hall is large, double glazed and centrally heated, with modern toilets, and kitchen. It is available for community use during the week, as well as many church activities. Our non-profit community café, Café Chad, runs every Wednesday morning from 9:15 to 12:30, where everyone is most welcome.
